Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed within 3–8 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery times within the EU
Delivery times vary by destination:
- Netherlands: 3–8 business days
- Western Europe (DE, BE, FR, AT, LU): 5–10 business days
- Rest of EU: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, public holidays, carrier delays).
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping EU: €8.95
- Free shipping on orders over €55
Tracking
After dispatch, you can track your order using the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Customs and import duties
No additional customs charges apply for orders within the EU. All prices include VAT.
