Return period
You can return unopened products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.
Exception: hygiene products
Earplugs fall under the category of hygiene products. Once opened, packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective. This is permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16, sub e).
Defective or damaged products
Did you receive a defective or damaged product? Please contact us within 14 days at vievee-shop@outlook.com with a photo of the defect. We will send you a replacement product or refund the purchase amount.
How to return?
- Send an email to vievee-shop@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm the return within 2 business days.
- Send the product back unopened and in its original packaging.
- After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
